The Five Talent Church activity and attendance features allow you to easily schedule and track events and activities, track your members and vistors, and quickly run reports to review attendance history and event success.  Individual activities come with an intuitive attendance sheet that can be managed by a person or bar-code scanner to quickly record real-time attendance!  Each activity has an enrollment list displaying attendance on the specific dates you specify.

The activities and attendance area also comes with attachments.  Flyers for revival or posters for missionary services can be stored in Five Talent Church directly with the associate activity ensuring you will always have them on file!  When the event arrives again, you can easily retrieve the needed materials and make the appropriate updates.

Other great features that come with the Activity package include a visual Master Calendar, printable ID cards, Activity To-do list, and Resource and Inventory tracking. With all these useful features, you will never be left wondering where the activity is taking place, what is checked out to that activity, and if there are any room or resource conflicts. You can also be completely secure with your own customized printed ID cards.
