The reporting functionality in Five Talent Church is very flexible, powerful, and easy to use. Significant feature and usability improvments have been made in the new online version of the software. Prebuilt reports can quickly be run, custom reports are very easy to build, and the new reporting engine makes it pleasurable to work with data!
Five Talent Church comes with many predefined report templates to get you started and it only takes a few clicks to get the data you need. Custom reports can now be created and executed via an easy 3-step process - 1) select your report data; the information you want to see in the report, 2) select your report filters; the rules you want the report to follow, and 3) run the report! The online interactive interface also allows you to drag and drop fields for easy ordering of data.
The Select Data screen allows you to easily pull in information from your database. Any piece of data you track in the software is available to be reported on in Five Talent Church! Simply find the fields in the Available Fields tree, move them over to the Select Fields box, adjust the order as needed, choose the fields you want to group by, and you are done! The selected fields are saved for quick report execution in the future and can be changed at any time.
The Filter Data screen allows you to quickly choose the filters you want to apply to your report ensuring you pull only the targeted data you are looking for. You can see what zip codes or cities new visitors are coming from or get a quick insight into the age demographics of your church. All filter data is saved with your report greatly saving time in the future. Some of the predefined report templates include:
