Five Talent Church includes powerful and flexible group and user security features that are also very intuitive to use.  Predefined security groups are available when you first sign up and all churches can easily create their own users and groups to fit their individual needs.

Group Security - in the Group Add section, admin users can check features in a Security tree that directly align with the top and side navigation options in Five Talent Church.  This is an easy, visual way to create and manage security groups.  If the button is checked, users in that group will have access to that feature.  If un-checked, they will not have access to that feature.  It is that simple!  Security Groups can be changed at any time and the changes applied in real-time.

User Security - to create system users, administrators will simply need to access the User Add page, fill out user name and password information, choose a security group, and click Save.  Once the user is created, they will be able to log into your Five Talent Church account immediately from any computer or browser.  A church admin can set up a small group leader, communicate their login information, and the volunteer can log into Five Talent Church sitting on their home couch, using a Mac!
