AWS Awards DevOps Competency to Advanced Consulting Partner Five Talent Software

November 20, 2018 (Bend, Oregon) — Five Talent has achieved its DevOps Competency status with Amazon Web Services (AWS) after demonstrating technical expertise and customer success using AWS DevOps tools, techniques and technologies. This is the second competency the firm has secured in addition to Mobile, and among several others currently in the validation process.

“It’s an honor to be one of 85 Advanced Consulting Partners worldwide with the DevOps Competency. We’re incredibly proud of our team,” says Five Talent CTO Ryan Comingdeer. “Gaining this competency is a milestone for us after years of developing our own architectural best practices. Bringing them into alignment with AWS is another affirmation that clients can trust our expertise.”

AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help organizations select top Advanced Partner Network (APN) Partners with proven success applying AWS solutions and tools. With rigorous criteria and guidelines, the program validates partners with technical proficiency and client successes in specialized solution areas, including DevOps, Security, Mobile, IoT, Migration, Storage, Data and Analytics, Machine Learning, Networking and Cloud Management.

Five Talent leverages AWS DevOps automation tools and CI/CD practices to deploy reliable, secure, quality applications at an accelerated pace. For clients ranging from startups to enterprise organizations, the approach is transforming their ability to innovate and deliver new products to market.

“We’re seeing impressive results,” says Director of Client Strategies Jon Ruggles. “By following DevOps best practices, we maximize efficiencies, reduce risk, and develop better software at lower costs. For us, a critical measure of success is when clients can respond to new opportunities and scale rapidly with total confidence in their infrastructure. AWS helps us achieve this on a high level.”
